The NCCEP/GEAR UP Capacity-Building Workshop is designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and practices of GEAR UP leaders, practitioners, researchers, and other partners. Founded on the NCCEP national strategy of EXCEL/PROVE/MOBILIZE, this event aims to provide relevant and critical content and knowledge for attendees. Each element of the event will ensure that GEAR UP professionals receive training and resources aligned to these elements to help advance programmatic success and expand growth as a GEAR UP leader, evaluator, and change agent.
