In American University’s Fall 2020 Webinar Series, Skills for the 21st Century Evaluator: Conversations with Experts, a diverse group of thought leaders will discuss the skills evaluators need in today’s evaluand. Throughout the series, panelists will provide perspectives and tips on how they currently approach US-based domestic and international evaluation activities.

How can you plan for and carry out an evaluation virtually? How can you ensure culturally responsive and equitable virtual evaluation? Given public health and budget concerns, many evaluators now find themselves conducting evaluations from their home offices. In this webinar, evaluators Natalie Donahue, Blanca Flor Guillén-Woods, and Tracy Thoman, will provide insight on conducting evaluations virtually, including setting evaluation questions and logic models; collecting quantitative and qualitative data; writing evaluation reports; sharing results with stakeholders; and supporting culturally responsive and equitable evaluation.
