Metis is proud to announce that Managing Senior Associate Dr. Susanne Harnett will be presenting at this year’s NAMM Virtual Advocacy Summit. She will be discussing the results of the Arts and Chronic Absenteeism study. Led by Dr. Harnett, the Metis research team included Senior Associate Michael Scuello and Senior Research Associates Lawrence Chau and Dawn Boyer. The study explored the relationship between schoolwide arts implementation and chronic absenteeism. It took place in the NYC school system over four pre-pandemic school years.
